This style guide is primarily created for employees at UCR, but others who work with content, texts and communication are also welcome to be inspired and use the content.

If you work at UCR

This is our guide to what content should look like in UCR's quality registries. This does not apply to other texts, for example to UCR's website, intranet or the quality registries' sites.

The guide helps us to write clearly, distinctly and consistently in all quality registries and regardless of who writes the text. This in turn contributes to UCR's quality registries being perceived as credible, reliable and professional. Use the style guide when writing new texts or updating old ones for a quality registry.

If you work for another organization

You are free to use this guide as an aid and inspiration when writing texts for a purpose other than quality registries. Better texts benefit everyone!
