Register new care process

• In the panel for registering a new care process, the user selects from among the registration types/steps in the process available (for example admission, pre-op, procedure, discharge) and thus starts registration for a new care event with a fixed number of steps.

• When the user has chosen a registration type/step to start with, an empty registration form is opened and there is also the opportunity to see and navigate further among the available registrations in the process.

• The registry's rules govern which registration types/steps can be started in different situations. If the registry wishes, there is, for example, the possibility to control that registrations must be completed in a specific order, or that a certain type of registration must only be done by a specific unit type (for example primary care).
