Continue to register

The table Continue to register for follow-up registries contains all ongoing registrations for the care unit or patient.

Content and Features

The table 'Healthcare Unit Registrations in a Follow-Up Registry'

The 'Ongoing' View

  • The 'Ongoing' view contains all ongoing (unsigned) registrations either of patients that belong to the healthcare unit or that the unit has decided to monitor.
  • The view contains the following sortable columns: person ID, name, last changed date, changed by, registration type (type of form, e.g. follow-up)
  • Clicking the person ID and name takes the user to the patient page. Clicking a registration will open it if the user has the required access rights (please find more information below).
  • The view can contain several ongoing registrations and each row represents one registration.
  • The registration type (e.g. follow-up) acts as a link that opens the registration so that the user may continue working on it
  • Ongoing registrations can be deleted by clicking the delete icon located at the far end of each row on the patient page.
  • A previously signed registration that the user unlocks will change status to 'Ongoing' and be displayed in the table until it is signed again.

The 'Upcoming' View

  • The registration view of follow-up registries contains a view of the healthcare unit's upcoming patient registration tasks. It serves to remind the user of upcoming registrations.
  • The table contains the following columns: person ID, name, date of last signing and signed by (the user who carried out the most recent registration).
  • The 'Name' and 'Person ID' columns also act as links that redirect the user to the patient page.
  • The user selects a patient to be displayed in the upcoming registrations view. This is done either on the patient page or when a registration is signed if it belongs to a patient that has not previously been registered to the healthcare unit. Please find Follow Patient for more information
  • The registry administrators can decide the time interval that determines whether a patient should be displayed in the 'Upcoming' view. If no interval has been selected, all patients that the user has chosen to follow will be displayed, although it is also possible to configure the list to only display patients whose registrations are older than six months.
  • Patients with ongoing registrations in the same healthcare unit will not be displayed in the table of upcoming registrations. In order to be displayed in the 'Upcoming' table, the ongoing registration of the patient in question needs to be signed first.

The 'All Patients the Healthcare Unit Is Following' View

  • The 'All Patients the Healthcare Unit Is Following' view contains all patients that the unit has chosen to follow
  • The view contains the following sortable columns: person ID, name
  • It is possible to add more columns to the table. If so, they will be displayed after the platform's standard columns.

The table 'Healthcare Unit Registrations' can be configured to display more views than 'Continue Registering'. If so, they will be displayed as tabs. Please find more information under Custom Views.
