Status of registrations

A care process is registered in a number of different steps, where each step constitutes a registration page that can be saved and signed. Sometimes different healthcare units and functions register different parts of a care process, for example certain steps. There are great opportunities to tailor the registry's input so that, for example, registration of certain steps must be signed before others can be started. It is also possible to define steps that are not mandatory to register or that become obsolete to register in certain situations.

In addition, there are built-in rules regarding permissions that govern whether and to what degree one may take part of the content. In the registry platform, it is controlled based on the legal care provider, as according to Swedish legislation that is what governs how data may be shared.

The matrix shows all the statuses that are defined, and which may be used depending on the needs of different registries.

The status symbol looks like a circle. For registrations on my device, the symbol is dark green. If a registration is made on another device under the same provider as my device, the symbol is dark green. If a registration cannot be started or is made with another healthcare provider, the symbol is grey
