QReg5 Design System

In progress

See what's planned for the upcoming platform releases. Some things may need longer preparation and therefore arrive later than the next release.

Planned for Upcoming Release (November 2025)

General

  • Platform support for retrieving medical record data via NKRR according to the Swedish national strategy Automated Information Provision to National Quality Registries (in Swedish)

  • Design improvements in registry navigation. These changes are made to make it easier to find one's way around the registry. The changes are also aimed at improving navigation on smaller screens. In connection with the redesign, backlinks will be removed from the header.

For care process registries

  • Possible to register more than one type of care process in a registry/for a healthcare unit. This is introduced in order to prepare the platform for this type of data collection, since it will be needed for several of the registries migrating from older platforms to QReg5.

Work initiated that will continue over a longer period of time

New concept for presenting results (public and logged-in)

Public reports, annual reports, “Healthcare in Numbers” (”vården i siffror”), NPO reports, registry websites, and results accessed via login in the registry are some examples of channels through which registry data can be accessed. We are facing significant challenges in more effectively and usefully connecting and disseminating registry results in a way that is understandable and at a cost that funding allows and the registry system can support.

We are therefore working on a comprehensive approach to find a level for what future reporting should look like, taking into account all aspects – from data protection to performance and technical implementation. This is being done in dialogue with other registry centers and platform providers, and above all by understanding and working closely with our registry clients and users to identify a suitable base level for presenting results.
